Why Hongrun
The groove decides the box.
A rigid box is only as square as its grooves. Too shallow and the corner cracks; too deep and it tears. Drag the sliders to see how angle and board thickness shape the cut our knives make.

One-way deviation correction
Our original single-side wheel system squares every blank against the guide before it meets a knife. Boards that arrive a few degrees off still leave with grooves parallel to the edge.

Four-corner waste cleaning
Corner cut-outs are separated at the knife and carried away on a side-discharge belt — or to a single point on the HR-900P. Nobody reaches into a running line to clear trim.

V, U and L profiles on one frame
V and U grooves for crust paperboard, L-grooves for trimming density-board edges. Knife rows swap in minutes, so one machine covers your whole box catalogue.
